    This place suits me perfectly! I love the free Wi-Fi, attentive staff, and beautiful gardens. They once helped me find my lost earring. The views from the observatory are lovely, I highly recommend visiting it. I'm coming back for Easter!

    The hotel is like a quiet oasis, a contrast to the hustle and bustle outside. Wonderful pools, palm trees, large garden, very tasty breakfast, beautiful reception, billiards, very helpful staff, great beach...Just everything there to make you feel comfortable. At first we had a smaller room with balcony, but after 3 days we could move into a bigger room. From then on the holiday was perfect for us! Thanks again for that.

    It was good that we could change our room, otherwise I wouldn't like the not appropriate room price performance ratio.

    Fantastic complex in tropical garden located on a slope, direct and guarded access to the beach. quietly located, up to the center about 10 minutes walk on the beautiful promenade, 2 shopping centers (1 smaller and 1 large rather expensive) in less than 5 minutes. Top staff in all areas; always very friendly and helpful. Tip:1)Book a room with sea view :) it's worth it. 2)there is a small golf car shuttle in the area with which you can reach everything comfortably even for people who are not so good on foot (there are many stairs and some height meters in the garden to climb).

    The location is fine, just steps from the

    Beach and beautifully landscaped gardens. The room was spacious, with a great view, but we encountered some noise issues from the nearby pool area during the day. The staff were friendly and the overall service was commendable.

    We were now in one of the villas. A higher number of the villa is recommended, as these are located higher and have a beautiful view of the sea.

    Unfortunately, this year had a villa further down, no view to the sea...the furniture in the villa, should be partly renewed! The pool could be warmed up to 27°, wanted this too, but nothing became of it...

    The pools were very nice, and our kids loved the experience of swimming alongside the many exotic plants. Our suite had a lovely sea view, and it was wonderful to feel relaxed with our precious dog by our side.

    My kids wished for a play area closer to the pools.

    The place is beautiful , very friendly staff at the hotel , very clean . The food was very good and I can say it was one of the best trip I've ever had . I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends .

    Some of the staff couldn't speak english very well .
